Now coming to the in detailed comparison. Obviously from a neutral POV. Starting with the most neglected yet the most importan factor nowadays,

If you're not a heavy gamer this may not bother you, because 732G is undoubtedly good for daily use and moderate gaming as well. There is nothing much to say about SD 860 SoC because it is the undisputed king at this price range.

If you ask me, personally I liked the design of Mi Note 10 Pro Max and the color variants it is available at ( Dark Night, Glacial Blue, Vintage Bronze), coming with a glass back this phone looks quite amazing. No hard feelings for Poco X3 Pro which has a plastic back and not so attractive body. Because it is a heavy and bulky device (215 grams) so nothing much could be done with its looks. It is available in Golden Bronze, Graphite Black, and Steel Blue colors.

We buy phones mostly according to our needs and usage, this comparison is made solely depending on the kind of usage you prefer.
If you're a gamer or someone who wants a phone with a beast processor which can provide you a butterflow experience while doing heavy tasks and looks doesn't matter for you then Poco X3 Pro will be more than good for you.
If you're fond of Mobile Photography or want a device for daily use with a standard processor for day to day use and moderate gaming and some amount of multi tasking, if looks do matter for you along with a good camera you can go for Mi Note 10 Pro Max blind foldedly.
